Houston

Our trip to Houston was over a month ago.  Of course I am behind in my blogging, but oh well.  We had so much fun visiting our family, Shane, Lorrie and Grant.  Thanks so much you guys.

Sophia was SO excited to go to the beach.  She looked forward to it the most.  Here she is with sunblock all over her.

Shane and Grant.

The kids and I playing in the water.

My cute husband!

Shane and Grant are standing near the Ike water line(the white line on the upper left)

We visited Galveston during Mardi Gras time.

On our way to the rodeo.  It is so true about things being big in Texas, lol.  The rodeo was gigantic.  We had so much fun.

We enjoyed some rides.

Sophia really wanted to play inside this giant ball in the water.  She loved it.

Petting zoo.

Fun House.

Here we are ready for the SugarLand concert.  We caught the tail end of the rodeo.

Pictures from the concert.  Sophia rocked out for awhile and then really got tired of the noise and everything.  Jacoby slept through most of it, but he liked the end.  The fun thing is our kids really like Sugarland now.

Shane made a huge pile for a bonfire in the backyard.  We couldn't get it started, but then it got going on it's own a few hours later.  It wouldn't stop all the next day even though it was raining.

We went to this place called JAX hamburgers in Liberty.  I really think it was the yummiest hamburger I have ever eaten.

Chillin' and playing outside, or should I say sunning.  The warm weather in March was so nice!

We have lots of good memories from our trip.  Maybe someday we will have to move there.
