new family member

I have some exciting news! I am pregnant! We have another baby coming to join our family. The due date is July 27. On the 26th of February we will hopefully find out if it is a boy or a girl. Sophia kept her legs closed the first time we did THE ultrasound. We waited until the next appointment to find out for sure.
I was a little sick and a lot tired at first, but I am starting to feel a lot better now. I am enjoying the last few weeks of sleeping/laying on my tummy.
Here are the ultrasound pictures. So far everything is going okay. I especially love how you can see the baby's little bum in the bottom picture.

park

Saturday was kind of warm, so we took a trip to the park by our house. As you can see, we still have snow here from Christmas. I love that this winter has been so much warmer than last winter!

recent happenings

So lately we haven't been doing much. Just relaxing around the house. It's hard to get out when it is cold. Justin and I got a new sunbeams class at church. I'm not gonna lie, it is pretty hard getting them adjusted right now. We have ten kids in the class, and most of them come every Sunday. The kids are very cute, and we are getting to know them.

This one is for aunt Tori. The jammies fit her perfect, and they are cute!

We recently went to see our nephew, Grant get blessed. Isn't he a cutie! What? No blessing outfit? He pooped all over it right after his blessing. Shane and Lorrie took it very well. I love seeing them take on the parents role. They are doing such a good job!

Here's our little one throwing snowballs. Justin shoveled the whole backyard so it would be easier to go out and play. Enjoy!

Eureka Kirby is gone!

Yesturday a college student from Oregon came to our door wanting to do a 20 minute presentation on a Kirby vaccuum. He made it sound like he wanted to do a short presentation on a new vaccuum, and then we would do a little survey for him. OH no! We let him in, and TWO hours later, he was still at our house trying to sell us a very expensive vaccuum. We didn't buy the vaccuum, but we did get all our pine needles from Christmas sucked out of the carpet. And Justin got a clean scalp. He also vaccuumed our couches and half of the matress in our bedroom. The vaccuum worked good, but it was too expensive. He also tried to clean a stain from the Christmas tree out of the carpet, but it didn't come out. How embarrasing! So if the Kirby guy comes to your door, you probably don't want to let him in.
